- daiya cheese
- Hatch organic enchilada sauce
- Wrap pinto beans, enchilada sauce and daiya cheese into tortillas.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Cover tortillas with enchilada sauce and daiya cheese.
- Heat in the microwave or oven until warm.
- Let cool and serve.
